Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping or manufacturing phase. If cancelled in time, you will receive a complete refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations for items that have already been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition received, and packaged in their original wrapping. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process the return. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Customers are only billed once for shipping (this includes return shipping), and no restocking fees will be deducted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and evaluated, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t arrived, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay in posting. Next, get in touch with your bank. Processing delays can occur.
